YOUR ROLE
The Systems Engineer is responsible for analyzing customer needs and developing system requirements. This includes determining how existing systems might meet emerging requirements and troubleshooting software, hardware, and other system issues.

- Determine how existing systems might meet emerging requirements.
- Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolving software and hardware problems.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Good understanding of radio and digital communications systems.
- The ability to troubleshoot complex issues, breaking problems down into component parts to identify and diagnose root causes.
- Experience in creating both high and low-level design documentation.
- Good expression skills in Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
SENIOR ROLE:
- An operational and technical knowledge of designing and managing computer systems in a virtual and hyperconverged infrastructure context.
- Network-specific certifications such as CCNA or equivalent experience.
- Advanced routing & switching knowledge: The ability to create network architecture designs; Hands-on configuration experience of Firewalls, Routers, and Switches; Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, VRRP, IPSEC, VLAN.
