System Engineer

The primary role of this System Engineer is to assist in operating and maintaining system functionalities, including handling incidents and changes within the Windows Server environment. The focus is on ensuring robust IT service management in alignment with organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in operating and maintenance tasks for the Windows Server Guard.

• Document solutions and processes for future reference.

• Resolve technical challenges effectively.

• Perform performance analysis to optimize system efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.

• Experience with PKI, Windows Clustering, ADFS, DNS, networks, GPOs, security protocols, and PowerShell scripting.

• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.

• Ability to manage a complex infrastructure effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in automating routine tasks using PowerShell.

• A genuine desire to enhance Windows knowledge within a collaborative team.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to decision makers.
