System Engineer

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Industry: automotive
• Location: 1 day a month in the office in Krakow (Onboarding period: 2-3 months – meetings once a week)
• Rate: 100-150 PLN/H net + VAT, B2B
• Project language: Polish, English

📌 Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage customer requirements, addressing technical issues.
• Work in the automotive (e-Mobility) industry following the V-Model approach.
• Create and maintain technical documentation aligned with E&S standards.
• Work with requirement management tools: Polarion and/or DOORS (both preferred).
• Define product parameters and functionalities based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with software and microcontroller teams.
• Support vehicle and bench testing when required.
• Work with Body Control Modules (BCM) and CAN communication.
• Communicate with customers regarding issues and project updates.
• Work according to ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards

🎯 Requirements:

We are looking for candidates at different experience levels (Junior, Mid, Senior).

✅ Must-have:

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience with BCM systems and CAN communication.
• Proficiency in Polarion and/or DOORS for requirement management.
• Strong understanding of product, software, and microcontroller requirements.
• Experience with ASPICE
• Proactive attitude, openness to discussion, and ability to collaborate with customers.

✅ Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of ISO 26262 standards.
• German or French language skills.
