Project description: As part of a major carve-out project following a company spin-off, we are undertaking the physical separation of our SuccessFactors systems to ensure independent operation for the newly formed entity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed design of all the requirements for the physical separation, with a focus on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach.
• During the Build phase, perform all necessary configuration activities.
• Autonomously organize, manage, and execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests).
• Prepare cut-over activities and deploy the changes to Production.
• Manage all project documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation).
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions.

Requirenments:

• Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, including:
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Experience in Compensation Module is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and system separation methodologies.
• Experience with clone and clean approach in system implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent documentation skills and experience in managing project documentation.
• Ability to autonomously manage and execute tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
