Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cyber Security Metrics and Reporting

Role description:The Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for bringing deep hand-on experience from delivering similar Cyber Security reporting and metric frameworks and implementations in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. The role focuses on sharing proven approaches, pitfalls and success factors, helping the project team and Project Lead make informed decisions on what to measure, how to measure it, and how to ensure metrics actually drive prioritization and action. Acting as a trusted adviser, the SME provides practical guidance grounded in real delivery experience, bringing strategy and execution by translating lessons learned into clear recommendations for prioritized capabilities, stakeholder alignment and sustainable metric adoption.Responsibilities:•Provide expert guidance based on real delivery experience•Advise on metric focus and prioritization•Accelerate adoption through pragmatic recommendations•Act as a trusted advisor for design and implementation choicesRequired skills:•Experience form metrics-driven transformation initiatives•Strong stakeholder advisory and communication skills•Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset
