Strategic Solution for Financial Statements - IT Developer (40424)

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Developer to join an independent development team aimed at addressing compliance risks in financial statements and financial analysis within the corporate credit value chain. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in reducing manual entries, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to robust data validations. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions to enhance data coverage in financial statements.

• Assist in implementing internal data validations.

• Reduce manual entries to optimize compliance processes.

• Improve operational efficiency and facilitate more in-depth financial analysis.

• Support portfolio analysis and strengthen PD estimation.

• Provide enhanced end-user support across segments.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in software development relevant to financial applications.

• Experience with compliance frameworks and auditing processes.

• Strong background in data analysis and financial modeling.

• Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to financial services.

• Experience with advanced programming languages or frameworks.

• Knowledge of the banking or finance industry.

• Understanding of business operations and analytics tools.

Other Details:

This position is preferred to be located in Warsaw, with the option for Tricity as well. Mandatory office attendance will be two days per week starting 2025, potentially increasing to three days in mid-2026.
