Location: Gdynia/Warsaw/Lodz (hybrid - 1/2 times per week in the office)

Summary: The Solution Architect consultant will focus on developing and delivering comprehensive architectural documentation primarily for Azure Entra ID cloud integration within enterprise infrastructure environments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creation of a complete High Level Design (HLD) document compliant with Nordea standards.

• Development of a detailed Solution Design Document (SDD) verified by Group Architects.

• Provide technical consultation and architectural guidance for the Core Services team.

• Conduct gap analysis between current state and target architecture.

• Document key architectural decisions and their rationale.

• Map technical requirements ensuring compliance with Business Continuity (BCCM), DORA, and audit frameworks.

• Design integration pathways between on-premises infrastructure and Azure Entra ID cloud services.

• Support stakeholder management and technical communications.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise infrastructure environments.

• Deep technical expertise in Azure Entra ID architecture, configuration, and integration.

• Proven experience in creating HLD and SDD documentation that satisfies enterprise architectural standards.

• Strong understanding of identity management principles and Microsoft identity solutions.

• Experience with service integration between on-premises and cloud environments.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in regulated environments with compliance requirements.

• Successful collaboration with enterprise architecture teams for design approvals.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Infoblox DDI platform configuration.

• Knowledge of Microsoft PKI infrastructure design and implementation.

• Familiarity with DNS/DHCP service architecture.

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.

• Understanding of BCCM and DORA frameworks.

• Background in hybrid identity models and migration strategies.

• Technical leadership experience guiding implementation teams.

• Knowledge of Nordea or similar enterprise standards.
