Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Solution Architect (Intermediate) to join our team.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Solution Architect:

• Lead or support solution architecture design across a portfolio of projects

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to define business and non-functional requirements

• Design end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and IT strategy

• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, scalable solution design

• Present solutions to architecture governance forums for approval

• Oversee implementation to ensure alignment with approved designs

• Provide technical leadership and guidance across delivery teams

• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture standards and practices

• Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Design across multiple layers (database, backend, integration, UX)

• Proven background in financial services and/or regulatory environments

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to produce clear, governance-ready design documentation

• Experience aligning solutions with enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps

Technical Experience (desirable):

• Microsoft stack:

  • .NET / C#

  • MS SQL Server

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Microsoft Power Platform

• Cloud architecture experience:

  • Cloud-native or hybrid solutions

  • Migration from on-premise to cloud (Azure preferred)

• Architecture tools & frameworks:

  • Sparx Enterprise Architect

  • ArchiMate

  • C4 Model
