Software Engineer - Java/Kotlin

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a passion for great and innovative solutions and a desire to help build a truly digital organization. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain a robust microservice infrastructure, while also leveraging AI-driven and low-code platforms to rapidly deliver targeted, high-impact solutions. You will focus on creating tailored integrations and workflows that support our business goals with both speed and scalability.

As this role supports a dynamic construction project, you will need to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Flexibility, quick problem-solving, and the ability to manage changing priorities are key to your success. You will work closely with domain experts to understand their workflows and develop solutions that address their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architecture.
• Leverage AI and low-code platforms to rapidly deliver focused, business-driven solutions and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and integrations.
• Maintain and improve DevSecOps procedures, ensuring strong governance and security policies.
• Work with domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Adapt and respond quickly to shifting project priorities and timelines in a high-paced environment.
• Actively contribute to the growth and knowledge-sharing within your team.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced, evolving project environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to work closely with colleagues across different functions.
• Experience working with low-code platforms and/or AI-assisted development tools to deliver fast, high-quality solutions.
• Experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot frameworks or similar (3-5 years preferably from being a consultant or within start-up companies).
• A strong understanding of modern Backend architecture principles.
• An eagerness to learn and contribute beyond your core technical expertise.
