Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support global SAP S/4HANA rollouts in the E-commerce and Retail Accounting area. This role is critical in bridging business and technology, ensuring seamless implementation of best-practice processes and system integrations across our omni-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational and project teams to validate, test, and deploy SAP solutions.

• Support end-user testing, defect resolution with implementation partners, and cutover/data migration activities.

• Provide hypercare support post go-live and assist with troubleshooting ERP-related issues.

• Prepare and execute test plans/scripts; validate configurations and data migration accuracy.

• Analyze large datasets to ensure integrity during migration and recommend process improvements.

• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder communication globally.

• Document processes, maintain technical references, and contribute to training materials.

Required Expertise

• SAP S/4HANA experience in sales and payment reconciliations, POS integrations, omni-channel processes, and payment allocation.

• Strong understanding of B2C processes and related systems (OMS, POS).

• Experience with ERP rollouts .

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• ERP experience with tier one vendors, preferably SAP/Microsoft AX.

• Basic project management skills, including workshop facilitation.

• Medium/high level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in process management or ERP implementations.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence is a plus.
