Main Responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer, the core responsibility is to ensure the reliability and scalability of our cloud-based software systems.

- Design, build, deploy, and operate resilient cloud-based engineering tools

- Implement AI-based alerting systems in collaboration with observability platforms

- Enforce cybersecurity best practices for multi-platform Identity Management

- Identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks affecting system reliability

- Develop automation scripts to optimize operations

- Work closely with development teams to meet service needs

- Collaborate with SRE peers on monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions

- Continuously enhance cloud infrastructure and processes

- Participate in project team meetings to uphold best practices

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- 5-10 years in DevOps, MLOps, or Cloud Site Reliability Engineering.

- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms.

- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Perl)

- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)

- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus)

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

- Fluent in English and Polish, with strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with DataDog

- Exposure to Wind River Studio Development
