SharePoint Production Consultant

Our client is relaunching ai.hub. To support this strategic initiative, we are looking for a SharePoint Production Consultant with strong UI/UX capabilities and solid experience working in enterprise‑restricted SharePoint environments.

The consultant will be part of a high‑execution team and collaborate with communication specialists, designers, and the AI Upskilling & Adoption team. The focus is on fast, high‑quality execution rather than long discovery phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Extend and further develop the existing ai.hub SharePoint site

• Integrate global AI-related content into a coherent site structure

• Implement tracking, analytics and reporting capabilities

• Set up and optimise SharePoint search functionalities

• Ensure intuitive navigation, strong UI/UX and user‑friendly design

• Adapt design elements in collaboration with a graphic designer

• Work closely with communication consultants on content placement and alignment

• Support global roll-out of training materials, templates, and resources

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience with SharePoint Online production and site building

• Strong UI/UX understanding and ability to translate requirements into clean, structured layouts

• Ability to implement tracking, analytics and search features

• Solid understanding of content management and structure for large user groups

• High AI literacy and interest in AI‑driven productivity tools
