ServiceNow Consultant (Risk & Compliance)

Emagine is looking for the ServiceNow Consultant focuses on utilizing specialized expertise in Risk & Compliance, particularly within the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules, to assist a client in enhancing their ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Main details:

• Location: Remote

• Assignment Duration: Approx. 160 hours (initially), with potential for extension depending on outcomes.

• Team Context: Internal expertise exists within both ServiceNow and the risk domain, requiring a technical specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct a deep dive and technical review of the TPRM module.

• Provide knowledge transfer regarding TPRM's structure to the client.

• Review and support the structure, architecture, and implementation of the IRM module.

• Assist with the integration of IRM with other ServiceNow modules.

Key Requirements:

• Documented and hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

• Extensive experience with IRM and TPRM modules.

• Experience in configuration, structure, and technical setup of these modules.

• Ability to train others on module architecture and integration.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in knowledge transfer within ServiceNow implementations.

• Familiarity with risk management best practices.
