Client: IT services company from Norway
Remote work: 2 days/week onsite from Warsaw (Mokotów)
Project language: English
Business trips: max once/twice per 3 months to Norway or less
Project length: 24 months contracts + prolongations
Start: ASAP / Flexible; we’re open to candidates ready to start at least with the beginning of Feb 2025

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business needs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
- Automate workflows and processes to increase efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability and stability.
- Document system changes and updates.
- Provide technical support and training to ServiceNow users.
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Position Framework
- A team with several areas of responsibility, including Quality, Knowledge and various systems such as ServiceNow and Cisco.
- Broad competence team with focus on cooperation and learning from each other.
Competency requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
- Experience with ITSM and as a plus experience with other modules.
- Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
