- Act as the Bridgehead for service delivery, ensuring quality, timely reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage service delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and support.
- Monitor and improve service operations, focusing on delivery optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate between development and operational teams to maintain seamless workflows.
- Proven experience in service delivery management with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in the German language.
- Familiarity with Java projects and Eclipse is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
