Senior UX/UI Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Specialist to play a key role in a large-scale transformation project for our client. Your mission? Turn complex service workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences—especially within CRM and Technical Service environments.
You’ll work at the intersection of design, business, and technology, helping teams deliver solutions that are not just functional—but truly enjoyable to use.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize user experiences across Technical Service workflows and CRM platforms
Improve usability and simplify complex service journeys for internal and external users
Translate business requirements into intuitive UX/UI solutions
Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping
Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on user experience and design priorities
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders
Ensure consistency in design standards across global and multi-market solutions
Support adoption by delivering user-friendly and accessible interface designs
Required Qualifications
Strong mid-to-senior or senior-level UX/UI experience in enterprise environments
Proven experience working with service workflows, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and enterprise digital solutions
Strong portfolio demonstrating usability improvements and journey simplification
Experience in process-heavy business contexts
Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to translate complex processes into simple, user-friendly designs
Preferred Profile
Experience working in global organizations and multi-market environments
min. 6+ years experience working with UI/UX within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Familiarity with Technical Service or Customer Service domains
Strong understanding of UX methodologies, design systems, and user-centered design principles
Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
Location: Remote
Start Date: No later than June 1, 2026
Duration: Until February 28, 2027 (with possible extension)
