Senior UX Designer

Are you passionate about creating intuitive and accessible digital solutions that make a difference for millions of users? Our client is looking for a Senior UX Designer for a full-time role in their CX team.

The client is a provider of secure identity solutions. Previous experience with this is an advantage.

Your responsibilities include:

• Clarifying and challenging needs and expectations in collaboration with the business, development team, and customers

• Mapping user journeys and designing flows that create a cohesive user experience

• Developing high-fidelity prototypes based on the client’s design system

• Conducting user testing and research to validate and optimize solutions

• Working iteratively and cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and other designers

• Ensuring that accessibility and inclusion are integrated into the design process.

Your experience and profile:

• 8+ years of experience as a UX designer focusing on digital solutions

• Strong skills in Figma and experience building prototypes

• Experience with user testing and research, ensuring user needs are always central

• Comfort in working cross-functionally and preferably experienced in both web and app design

• Understanding and experience with agile methodologies

• A structured and analytical approach

• A holistic mindset while paying attention to details in the overall user experience.

Additionally, you:

• Are curious and ask the right questions to clarify needs and purpose

• Have an interest in accessibility and inclusion in digital design

• Find motivation in working with technically complex systems and see a learning curve as an exciting challenge

• Are fluent in Danish, both written and spoken.
