Senior Tester (Banking, WCAG)

Location: Remote from Poland

Contract: B2B

Duration: 12 months + prolongations

Summary: The Tester role is primarily focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of the CMS web platform in the banking domain by collaborating with development teams and managing testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing the testing required for each new feature based on business requirements, creating test plans and test cases.

• Responsible for keeping the team's test setup up to date.

• Collaborate with Test managers and testers outside our team for homepage, NetBank.

• Participate in the refinement of user stories.

• Work with the team during development to ensure test coverage and quality.

• Manage functional and technical testing of solutions during development and in preparation for launch.

• Focus on manual testing, integration testing, and automation of the test environment.

• Help bridge developers and business.

Must Haves:

• Banking industry experience

• Experience in analyzing test requirements and creating test plans and test cases

• Strong familiarity with manual testing and automation practices

• Experience with browser stack

• Knowledge of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)

• Fluent English
