Senior Test Engineer (Playwright and TypeScript)

Summary: The role of an External Senior Test Engineer aims to enhance the efficiency and transparency of business case lifecycles for offshore wind projects by independently building and maintaining a test framework for the Vault team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining test frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.

• Collaborating with the Lead Test Engineer to align on TRACE test approaches.

• Documenting processes and keeping the team informed for smooth handover.

• Ensuring the platform supports efficient business case modeling.

• Integrating modern web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Utilizing Postman for API testing as an additional asset.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript.

• Understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git and GitHub.

• Familiarity with Postman for API testing.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Adaptability and openness to learning new tools and technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with agile methodologies.

• Previous exposure to CAPEX budgeting processes.

• Understanding of offshore wind industry specifics.
