Senior Technical Writer

emagine are currently looking for a Senior Technical Writer for a competitive public tender. The Senior Technical Writer will be responsible for producing clear, precise, and compliant tender documentation that accurately describes the proposed technical and operational solution.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the structure, clarity, and consistency of all technical and operational tender responses.

• Translate input from architects, operations experts, security experts, and service management into compliant, evaluator-focused text.

• Ensure strict alignment between requirements, solution description, and evidence.

• Apply tender evaluation criteria directly to content to maximize scoring.

• Maintain a consistent narrative, terminology, and level of detail across all bid sections.

• Identify gaps, ambiguities, and inconsistencies in technical inputs and drive resolution.

• Manage version control, reviews, and incorporation of feedback under tight deadlines.

• Ensure language is precise, factual, and audit-ready, with no unsupported claims.

• Support clarification responses and final submission preparation.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior technical writer on complex public sector or critical infrastructure tenders.

• Demonstrated ability to document infrastructure operations, service management, and information security solutions.

• Understanding of availability, resilience, incident management, change management, and compliance concepts.

• Experience writing for formal evaluation against published criteria.

• High attention to detail and strong document discipline.

• Ability to challenge subject-matter experts constructively to improve clarity and compliance.

• Ability to work at pace and maintain quality under fixed, non-negotiable deadlines.

• Excellent written Danish, with a clear, direct, and structured style.
