Senior Technical Project Manager to IT/OT Infrastructure Project

• Introduction & Summary:

  We are seeking an experienced implementation-focused project manager with a robust technical background to lead complex IT/OT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in project execution, adeptly managing scope, dependencies, risks, and deliverables throughout the project's lifecycle. Notable expertise in OT networks and the ability to transform architectural concepts into actionable plans is essential.

• Main Responsibilities:

  The primary responsibilities include:

  • Driving execution of projects from planning to implementation.

  • Managing project scope, dependencies, and risks effectively.

  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and operational teams.

  • Translating conceptual models into operational plans.

  • Maintaining communication across technical and business stakeholders.

• Key Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills focused on implementation and delivery.

  • Deep technical understanding of IT/OT infrastructure, networking, integration, and cybersecurity.

  • Experience in complex enterprise environments and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams to achieve project goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Nice to Have:

  • Experience with organizational budgets and vendor management.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in IT/OT environments.
