Senior Technical Project Manager - Cybersecurity

Summary:

The Senior Technical Project Manager - Cybersecurity will lead cybersecurity initiatives in a global enterprise environment, combining technical expertise with project management to drive successful security outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of global cybersecurity initiatives across diverse environments.

• Develop comprehensive project charters including objectives and risk strategies.

• Oversee implementation of various cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM and EDR.

• Adapt to changing requirements while maintaining structured project delivery.

• Manage the project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across security and infrastructure teams.

• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.

• Track and report on project KPIs and compliance.

• Support continuous improvement by addressing technical gaps.

• Lead post-project reviews for lessons learned and improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in technical cybersecurity and project management.

• Deep expertise in at least 5 cybersecurity technologies.

• Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have:

• PMP, CISM, CISSP, or Prince2 certifications.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001.
