Join the MSS Product Control Team – Software Developer (Python & .NET / Java & .NET)

The MSS Product Control team is seeking talented developers (consultants) with expertise in either Python & .NET or Java & .NET to support a 3-year program aimed at building a new subledger. Due to the challenges of finding candidates with the combined skill set required, we’re looking for professionals who can contribute to this strategic project.

The project focuses on enhancing the integration between Product Control (PC) and Accounting systems with proprietary trading systems. Historically, delays in data flow during the monthly reporting process caused challenges in maintaining controls. The new system will directly connect the proprietary trading system (PTS) to the Accounting system, enabling seamless and real-time data transfer to the Product Control system and ledger. This streamlined approach will significantly improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy software solutions using Python & .NET or Java & .NET.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of systems and applications.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Python & .NET or Java & .NET technologies. (senior level)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Banking experience is a must.
