Senior Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer for a maternity cover position lasting approximately 10-12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, deploy, and maintain digital products while focusing on continuous delivery and developing next-generation digital architecture.

• Utilize agile engineering practices and various software development tools to rapidly develop solutions that deliver value.

• Engage with team members and stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert solutions.

• Shape and implement technology and business solutions to create value.

• Develop innovative digital products that address defined business challenges.

• Investigate and incorporate new technologies into the existing tech stack.

• Act as an ambassador for agile methodologies and assist in developing local agile practices.

• Collaborate on user stories, testing, and the continuous enhancement of product functionalities.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with user needs.

• Inspire and inform the organization about technological advancements to solve complex business problems.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship among junior colleagues.

Key Requirements:

• BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience.

• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

• In-depth expertise in architecture, implementation, DevOps, and support.

• At least 2 years of experience with Vue, React, or Angular.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and NPM.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and SQL.

• Experience with Software Configuration Management (Git or similar).

• Proficiency in responsive design and performance optimization for browser-based applications.

• 5+ years of experience in C# (.NET) with complex back-end systems.

• Experience in creating APIs and familiarity with TDD and DDD practices.

Other Details:

This role is primarily located in the Greater Copenhagen area with occasional travel. Participation in close collaboration with various regions and affiliates may be required.
