Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Journey Scrum Master to join our distributed Nordic teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex environments. Your role will involve driving execution, managing dependencies, and guiding teams towards better performance and deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution rhythm from planning to delivery, ensuring teams focus on outcomes while managing their dependencies.

• Own the execution rhythm from planning to delivery and release.

• Ensure predictability and keep the teams focused on time-critical deliveries.

• Identify, track, and actively drive cross-team dependencies.

• Build an impediment/risk log and remove blockers by facilitating decisions.

• Manage a continuous improvement backlog and challenge existing routines.

• Coach teams to be more effective, self-organizing, and outcome-driven.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to improve backlog readiness.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.

• Proven track record in delivery execution and resolving blockers.

• Strong dependency management and cross-team coordination skills.

• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.

• Experience working with distributed teams and remote-first habits.

• Practical knowledge of Agile working methods and high-performing teams.

• Solid understanding and use of Jira and Confluence.

Nice to Have

• Experience in scaled setups (SAFe or similar) including PI events.

• Background in financial services with quality expectations.

• Focus on metrics for driving action and improving outcomes.

• Relevant certifications such as PSM II or SAFe ASM.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
