Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance testing and analyze results to pinpoint bottlenecks and enhancement opportunities in web applications.
• Design and execute tests to evaluate response times, throughput, and scalability.
• Utilize load and stress testing tools to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Develop and implement strategies for performance optimization, ensuring speed and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to integrate performance enhancements effectively.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using advanced monitoring tools.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues proactively and reactively.
• Perform regular security assessments to detect vulnerabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web application performance engineering.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Web Application Performance Engineer or Non-Functional Testing Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of web application architecture and optimization techniques.
• Expertise in performance testing tools like LoadRunner Enterprise and related methodologies.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTTP, and REST services.
• Familiarity with web server configurations and optimization practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
