Senior QA Engineer

📍 Location: Warsaw / Hybrid – 2 days from the office, 3 days remote

💰 Rate:

• 3–7 years of experience: up to 135 PLN/h
• 7+ years of experience: up to 154 PLN/h

📃 Type of Contract: B2B

📆 Contract Length: Long-term cooperation

📌 About the Team

We’re currently looking for a QA Engineer for one of our Scandinavian clients. You’ll join a department that builds smart, efficient internal systems and solutions that support both employees and clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, and maintain test strategies, plans, and test cases
• Perform functional, regression, and system testing
• Ensure effective test coordination and end-to-end quality delivery
• Continuously improve testing methods and strategies
• Arrange and coordinate acceptance testing
• Take on responsibilities as a Release Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Test Manager
• ISTQB Advanced Level certification (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Familiarity with .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular
• Understanding of complex IT and enterprise architectures
• Experience with agile development and automated testing
• Degree in Computer Science or IT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
