Senior Python Developer

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Work model: remote (3/week in Gdańsk/Warsaw)

• Remuneration: 160 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)

Summary

The position of Senior Python Developer aims to improve credit solutions and enhance team collaboration through innovative development techniques while leveraging analytical skills and AI tools.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Python Developer, your core duties will include:

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation tools for validating critical data flows in the credit decision process.

• Support analytical work on external economic data sources, including data extraction and feasibility analysis.

• Explore AI tools to enhance developer productivity, aiding in code generation and testing support.

• Collaborate with analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Maintain high engineering standards and code quality within the team.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage Jira workflow to ensure smooth delivery.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

• Solid analytical mindset with experience in complex business domains.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI tools for software development.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.

• Familiarity with Jira for managing backlogs and sprint tracking.

• Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in data analysis or data engineering.

• Familiarity with machine learning/AI frameworks.

• Background in financial systems or credit risk solutions.

• Experience in mentoring or leading a technical team.

• Interest in enhancing developer workflows through automation and AI.
