What you will do
As a Senior Project Manager for Pharma, you will be key responsible for orchestrating the cross-pharma collaboration. You will serve as a key coordinator of cross-company decision makers, domain specialists, and technology resources to ensure cross-company delivery on our joint ambition.

Key responsibilities:
• Own alliance execution and delivery management: Ongoingly translate collaboration goals and priorities into efficient cross-pharma workstreams. Ensure ongoing execution, tracking, and accountability. Ensure decentralized delivery teams remain synchronized and progressing toward ambitious joint goals.
• Orchestrate OSB alliance ways of working & governance: Plan, prepare, and run executive steering and working groups; set optimal cadences and participation; ensure efficient ways of working through well-facilitated working sessions and effective follow-up; and ensure targeted engagement of domain experts and tech teams.
• Drive transparency and decision making: Prepare compelling, structured, and impactful presentations that support alignment, decision-making, and transparency across stakeholders.
• Continuously adjust and mature the project organization and operating model: Involve cross-pharma ways of working into a high-performing project organization that supports efficient coordination and delivery on joint goals, including ambitious expansion goals.
• Fuel collaboration, trust and positive energy: Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset—aligning partners, keeping the collaboration spirit strong, and ensuring delivery never slips.

Must-have skills
- At least 8 years of project management experience, ideally in technology and/or management consulting.
- Demonstrated experience leading technology and data transformation projects, preferably in a pharma context with a clinical domain focus.
- Strong project management and communication skills—proven ability to deliver tangible business outcomes and results within ambitious timelines, including the ability to create momentum in the short term while building sustainable long-term progress.
- Experience collaborating successfully across many stakeholders, including different functions, locations, and organizational levels, up to senior management including cross-company collaboration.
- Pharma experience
