A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Data & Reporting Transformation Lead would be:

• Lead the Data & Reporting workstream within a large-scale platform migration programme

• Protect reporting stability during phased operational migration

• Define and align the target-state reporting architecture and canonical data definitions

• Coordinate structured source-to-target data mapping across legacy and new platforms

• Own migration sequencing strategy, including reconciliation and cutover controls

• Engage with Data Architects to align modelling, governance, and integration standards

• Anticipate and mitigate downstream integration and reporting risks

• Translate business reporting requirements into structured architectural outcomes

• Drive clarity and resolution where scope alignment is incomplete

• Raise delivery maturity and structural discipline across the data workstream

• Engage confidently with executive, business, and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven delivery of a complex data transformation or reporting programme end-to-end

• Strong practical understanding of data migration, reconciliation, and reporting architecture

• Experience defining target-state reporting models and canonical data definitions

• Experience coordinating source-to-target mapping across multiple systems

• Strong understanding of data flows from source systems through transformation layers to reporting outputs

• Experience managing migration sequencing, cutover planning, and reconciliation strategy

• Demonstrated ability to challenge architectural decisions constructively

• Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technical domains

• Ability to anticipate structural data risks early and proactively

• Ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously

Desirable:

• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments

• Experience in platform consolidation or application rationalisation programmes

• Exposure to enterprise data warehouse or dimensional modelling initiatives

• Experience aligning delivery to enterprise or group data standards

• Experience stabilising reporting during phased migrations

Working Environment

This role operates within a multi-system, multi-stakeholder transformation environment, where different operational domains migrate at different times. Reporting solutions span legacy and new platforms, creating a temporary split data landscape that must be carefully aligned to protect business continuity.

You will work across Data Architecture, BI/Reporting teams, Operations, Finance, and Programme Leadership to ensure reporting integrity and structural clarity throughout the migration lifecycle.
