Are you an experienced Project Management Officer with a strong background in coordinating complex projects? At emagine, we are seeking a dedicated Senior PMO Officer to oversee projects related to hosting, workplace, and identity and access management. You will play a vital role in driving project success by collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning project deliverables with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a wealth of experience in project management and excels in stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Main Responsibilities:

• The core responsibility of the Senior PMO Officer is to lead project coordination across various domains, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead and coordinate projects associated with hosting and identity/access management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and gather requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies.
• Allocate and coordinate project resources to support objectives.
• Monitor project performance and present updates to senior management.
• Implement process improvements and best practices for enhanced project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and security standards.

Key Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in project management.
• IAM, costplace, digital workplace, project management - level expert.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in risk management and resource allocation.
• Ability to analyze performance data and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards in project management.
• Experience with digital workplace and identity access management.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
