Senior Product Designer Mobile App (h/f)

Summary:

As a key team member of Global Digital & Data, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience for the company's mobile application and delivery product line, collaborating closely with a diverse team of designers, product owners, and developers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute a human-centric design approach leveraging customer and user data.

• Initiate and analyze user research analytics to improve designs.

• Understand business, user needs, and technical requirements.

• Provide UX deliverables, including storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Create site maps, user flows, and interactions.

• Create discussion guides and moderate user testing.

• Continuously improve user experience through iteration.

Key Requirements:

• Min. 8/10 years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.

• Knowledge of B2B context.

• Proficient in mobile user experience design.

• Knowledge of mobile digital uses.

• Understanding of WCAG constraints.

• Familiarity with discovery discipline framework.

• Ability to speak English in a professional context.
