Introduction & Summary

This role requires an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in managing large-scale IT projects, specifically within the banking sector. Candidates must demonstrate strong executive stakeholder management skills and have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. The position involves end-to-end project delivery and effective coordination between Development Operations and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and risk mitigation.

Main Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the following key duties:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of designated projects.

• Act as the deputy for the Lead Project Manager.

• Coordinate and align with stakeholders across DevOps and the business.

• Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to governance protocols.

• Assist in the preparation of reporting materials for senior management.

• Facilitate change management and communication initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Experience in project management for large-scale IT and banking projects.

• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

• Exposure to Privileged Management concepts.

• Familiarity with Jira for project tracking.

• Capability to produce executive-level reporting.

• A structured execution mindset.

Nice to Have

• Additional experience in large-scale IT or banking project management.

• Further expertise in stakeholder relations.

• Experience with advanced Agile/Scrum methodologies.
