Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Network Security Operations team. The primary responsibilities include project coordination, incident troubleshooting, and change request implementation, all related to our firewall network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage network security projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network security incidents.
• Implement change requests efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain and support our firewall network infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior colleagues.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Handle pressure during incident crises.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Palo Alto network components (STRATA, PRISMA).
• Comprehensive knowledge of network security best practices in business and industrial settings.
• Solid understanding of LAN (routing and switching) and WAN technologies.
• Excellent network troubleshooting skills.
• Proven project coordination skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the growth of junior team members.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
• Strong understanding of the chemical industry environment or equivalent in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to create technical documentation related to network security.
• Capable of performing under pressure during network incident crises.
