Senior Network Security Lead

Summary

This is a senior role focused on Network Security and Core Network Services, responsible for overseeing network security posture, managing NAC via Cisco ISE across over 850 sites, and driving strategic network transformations.

Main Responsibilities

Core duties include overseeing network security initiatives to ensure robust protection and optimized performance.

• Manage and oversee Network Access Control (NAC) via Cisco ISE across 850+ sites.
• Enhance and maintain security posture related to DDoS and access control.
• Develop and integrate LAN/WLAN roadmaps for new site inclusion.
• Govern vendor performances (HCL, Cisco, Tele2) and service governance.
• Lead strategic programs like Zero Trust, network segmentation, automation, and NetOps.

Key Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in network and security leadership.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise networks with over 500 sites.
• Expertise in Cisco routers/switches and WLAN technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE (NAC).
• Exposure to WAN, LAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN concepts.
• Experience with firewalls, specifically Palo Alto or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to manage uptime-critical operations.

Nice to Have

• Industrial/Factory network experience.
• Cloud networking integration (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge of network monitoring and automation tools, such as NetOps and SD-WAN.
