Senior / Lead Developer (Python & Azure Cloud Environment)

Build critical data platforms. Own the outcomes.

This is a senior individual contributor role within a global, mission-driven healthcare environment. You’ll design and deliver core data platform capabilities that support high-impact, regulated products used at global scale.

We’re looking for someone brought in for judgement and ownership, not just delivery.

What you will be doing
Your key responsibilities include the following:

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of data pipelines on a Databricks Lakehouse

• Build and optimize Python for large-scale data processing

• Design data models, schemas, and lineage from business and regulatory requirements

• Set up and maintain CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)

• Ensure production quality: testing, security, performance, observability

What we are looking for
We are seeking a candidate with an educational background in Computer Science, Software Development, or Engineering, as well as experience in some of the following areas:

• 5+ years professional Python experience (data-heavy systems)

• Hands-on Databricks and Lakehouse architecture experience

• Strong data modeling and warehousing background

• Experience with GraphQL APIs

• Azure cloud experience (Data Lake, Databricks, Storage)
