YOUR TASKS:
Planning, coordinating, and executing projects within Channels, defining goals, scope, and timelines while ensuring adherence to these elements.
Collaborating with the Channels team and ICB stakeholders to identify project requirements and align them with ICB’s overall business strategy.
Reviewing and optimizing the current release process by developing and implementing a new one tailored to business needs, automating tasks, and refining release criteria.
Cooperating with SD teams (Payments and Core) to monitor project progress, address issues, and mitigate risks related to Channels projects.
Adhering to Clients standards to enhance team performance and deliver early and frequent business value.
Enhancing personal leadership and functional competencies to improve performance and foster a positive, dynamic learning environment.
Facilitating the planning and management of the Service Domain roadmap by working with the Product Owner and Project Managers (Core, Payments, Project Zoe).
Fostering effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders while acting as a sparring partner to the SD Tech Lead, SD Business Lead, and SD Architect.
Optimizing resource allocation across ICB SD, balancing workload across teams, identifying resource constraints, and collaborating with SD PMs, PO, Capability Leads, and SD Tech Lead to resolve conflicts and ensure effective utilization.
Demonstrating understanding of ICB’s business strategy and future needs to align execution and delivery efforts.
Contributing to the development of good execution practices within ICB SD to enhance the competency level of Execution Leaders, team members, and local ICB teams.
Driving the maturation of execution and delivery practices within SD (e.g., introducing PI planning, setting up Epics) and sharing knowledge with local ICB teams.
Regularly assessing and improving delivery and operational practices, collaborating with SD Project Managers to identify areas for improvement and implement tailored solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Agile Methods (Scrum/FDD/XP/Crystal/DSDM)
Experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master (+5 years).
Experience in migration projects.
Jira/Confluence.
Fluent English.
