Senior IT Project Manager (IAM)

Information about the project:

• Location: Hybrid (2-3 x week in Warsaw office)

• Industry: Banking

• Rate: up to 175 pln/h netto +VAT

Summary: This role involves managing an Identity & Access Management (IAM) project with a focus on stakeholder engagement and communication, emphasizing the importance of effective project management in IT and security.

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Management within the Identity & Access Management Project (ISRRP).

• Driving and managing IT and Security Projects.

• Leading project delivery and IT service management.

• Managing stakeholder communication and engagement.

• Implementing Agile delivery management methodologies.

• Overseeing change management processes.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of leading complex initiatives.

• Experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) projects, including coordination, delivery oversight and stakeholder alignment.

• Proven experience in Project Management, demonstrating ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Strong skills in driving IT and Security projects, particularly within IAM domains.

• Solid expertise as a Delivery Lead and in IT Service Management.

• Practical experience with Agile Delivery Management (Scrum, Kanban or scaled frameworks).

• Good understanding of Security and Change Management processes.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
