Summary: The primary function of this role is to manage IT operational workflows for the Client in a high-risk environment, ensuring optimal service delivery and compliance through collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of IT in a high-risk setting.

• Analyze and resolve incidents and problems related to applications according to service levels and Client policies.
• Collaborate with product teams across the bank to ensure compliance and maintain efficient operations.
• Manage release deployment, verification, and incident investigations.
• Contribute to and maintain documentation for the shared knowledge base.
• Analyze processes and develop recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities, specifically CI/CD.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on resolving technical issues.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in IT operations within a high-risk environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to application support.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
