Senior IT Mainframe Developer

• Location: Poland - Gdańsk; 2-3 days per week in the office

• B2B up to 170zł/h netto+ VAT

Summary: The Senior IT Developer role focuses on enhancing and maintaining mainframe applications within the SWIFT Technology team to support secure payment transactions, contributing to the organization's financial products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing improvements in the SWIFT Technology area.

• Collaborating within agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ART).

• Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• At least 7 years of experience as a Mainframe Developer with expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.

• Experience in the software development life cycle.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Java Software development and Kafka.

• 5+ years of experience in the financial domain, preferably in SWIFT services.
