Senior IT Architect

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Location: People from Kraków and the surrounding area – 5 times per month/ people from Warsaw and the surrounding area – 3 times per month (office in Warsaw)/ people from outside Warsaw and Kraków – 1 time per month or 3 times per quarter (if someone prefers to come once for 3 days).

Wholesale Client Servicing is primarily responsible for digitalization of Customer Onboarding, Product fulfillment, KYC renewal and any Client data maintenance request. The Technology team is primarily responsible for the Development and Maintenance of the Strategic Customer Portal, Workflow Services, and Capability to support complex Integration with External Sources and internal Sources. It is also responsible for the automation of KYC policy. The team demonstrates agile ways of working and provides excellent opportunities to work on modern technology like Generative AI, Machine learning, Devsecops, Microservices, and Cloud Architecture.

In this role, you will: (Principal Responsibilities)

• Work with and lead other team members and liaise with nominated business stakeholders when required to ensure that business requirements are fully understood before commencing design and development.
• Work with Senior Business and IT Stakeholders to evaluate various technical products and Solution options demonstrating excellent stakeholder management.
• Partner with Architects within and outside the team to define a strategic architecture for the department and adoption roadmap in alignment with organization strategy.
• Forward-thinking for devices, new technologies, and required accessibility.
• Guide developers in implementing best-of-breed technical solutions based on agreed technical design, adopting industry standard development patterns and methodologies (including continuous integration and automated unit and integration testing)
• Lead from the front and demonstrate excellence in owning the end-to-end delivery of software from analysis through to release to production and support.
• Guide team on the adoption of Design patterns, Best Practises, and Guidelines
• Participate in Production Support and Production Incident Management on a need basis.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: (Must have Requirements)

• Strong Knowledge of Application-level Security and Infrastructure design Patterns.
• Excellent knowledge of Application Containerisation design.
• ReactJS and Java server-side development experience is essential.
• HTML, JavaScript, and CSS hands-on experience is essential for this role
• Excellent knowledge of microservice architecture and ability to write and document REST APIs
• Good Knowledge of database schema design. Experience in SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL is essential.
• Excellent Knowledge of Architecture Documentation and usage of tooling like Visual Paradigm, and Bizz Design.
• Strong knowledge of at least Google or AWS Cloud and Security Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Integration Patterns and Data Modelling Concepts
• Must be able to debug the existing code, extend the functionality, and/or fix issues if any.
