We are seeking a skilled and driven IT Analyst to join our team, focusing on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) solutions. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive requirement gathering and analysis involving multiple stakeholders to design sustainable and value-adding KYC and FCP solutions.
• Perform data analysis and modeling to support solution design.
• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements using established frameworks and tools.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the end-to-end development process.
• Document and manage requirements while providing know-how during the entire software delivery lifecycle.
• Build a contextual understanding of both business processes and the technical aspects of our solutions to effectively bridge stakeholders and developers.
• Support the creation and prioritization of the product backlog to align with business objectives.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven experience in IT Analysis and Requirement Management.
• Expertise in Process Modeling and User Interface prototyping and design.
• Familiarity with Modeling, Data Mapping, and Data Migration is an advantage.
• Exposure to KYC initiatives and financial anti-crime solutions is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, AppDynamics, UML, BPMN, and SQL.
