Senior IT Analyst

Informations:

• Banking
• B2B up to 140 zł/h
• Location Warsaw/Gdynia (1 day per week in the office)

Main Responsibilities:

• Elicit business requirements and collaborate with Product Owners on defining features.
• Work closely with Architects to define solution design.
• Define and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with development/agile teams and various stakeholders.
• Understand consumer lending products thoroughly to support analysis.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning sessions.
• Ensure high-quality documentation standards are maintained.
• Proactively identify and solve problems related to requirements and design.
• Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within IT.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid understanding of API integrations.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of BPMN or UML.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by quality.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the consumer finance domain.
• Formal qualifications such as IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, or PMI/PBA.
• Familiarity with Agile practices.
• Additional certifications in relevant fields.
