Senior IT Analyst

• Rate: up to 140 PLN/H net + vat, B2B

We are seeking 4 Senior IT Analysts to join our client Payments Team within the Core Banking Program. This initiative aims to replace legacy systems with a unified Nordic core banking solution and develop a Common Booking Component.

Role Overview:

As a Senior IT Analyst, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements in the form of features and/or user stories. You will drive the entire requirements lifecycle, from collection and documentation to handover to developers, while managing stakeholder expectations and dependencies in a complex environment. Additionally, you will focus on understanding and documenting payment processes and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.
• Document requirements into features and user stories.
• Drive the requirements process independently, from collection to developer handover.
• Work effectively in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders and dependencies.
• Document payment flows and processes to ensure clarity and alignment.

Requirements:

• Professional expertise in the payments domain with a deep understanding of payment processes and workflows.
• Banking sector experience, preferably within larger banks.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.
• Proven experience working in large-scale programs with 300+ employees.
• Advantageous: Experience in Nordic banking environments.
