Senior IT Analyst

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Industry: banking
• Remuneration: up to 135 PLN/H net + VAT
• Location: Gdańsk/Gdynia (also open to candidates from Warsaw and Łódź) hybrid model, 1 day a week from the office.

We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our team in an exciting role where you'll act as a bridge between business needs and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions within the data and analytics space.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Help design advanced solutions centered around data and analytics.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define expected outcomes and elicit business features.
• Manage delivery dependencies across different teams and organizational units.
• Contribute to an Agile environment as an integral part of a cross-functional delivery team.
• Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver complex end-to-end solutions.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, and ask the right questions to drive success.
• Ensure fluent communication between technical and business teams.

Requirements:

• Solid communication skills and experience in working with business users.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in data modeling, data mining, and the ability to navigate through complex datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Hive.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data technologies.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms is not required but would be a plus.
