Senior IT Analyst

• Rate: up to 140 PLN/hour (net) + VAT

• Location: Gdańsk (hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)

The role of the Senior IT Analyst is to collaborate with business stakeholders, translate business strategies into technical requirements, and ensure the quality and traceability of requirements throughout the development process in the banking sector.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies to enable sustainable solutions.

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements by coordinating with different stakeholders such as architects, developers, and legal.

• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.

• Secure requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development.

• Document requirements including use cases and improve quality.

• Support testers and developers in the team.

• Verify developed solutions by conducting test results.

• Provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in IT and/or Business Analysis.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge of API development, Data Mapping, and Process Modelling.

• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain.

• Practical knowledge of SQL and user interface design.

• Familiarity with architecture diagrams.

• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.

• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.

• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of PSD2, PSD3/PSR.
