Senior IT Analyst

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Industry: banking

Location: Gdańsk (once per week in the office)

Remuneration: 140 pln/h +VAT

Type of assignment: B2B

Project length: long-term

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working with complex requirements.
• Experience in data analysis , data hygiene, data quality, etc.
• Hive.
• Good communication skills.
• Ownership and independence on the Tasks, Features, User stories.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, big data.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms NOT required.

Nice to have: Python, Spark.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acting as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions.
• Being part of building or rebuilding DATA Platform for the bank.
• Working with data uplift program - gathering and defining requirements.
• Helping to design advanced solutions around data and analytics.
• Working closely together with stakeholders across Nordea to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features.
• Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units.
• Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team.
• Have a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes.
• Have ability to grasp new technologies quickly (on high level) and able to ask right questions.
