Senior IT Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IT Analyst to join a team working on a strategic solution for clearing and settlement of Listed Derivatives within a global markets environment. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with experienced professionals, implement new processes and technologies, and contribute to a complex and impactful project.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholders across the value chain.
• Perform detailed data analysis and mapping to target formats using Kafka.
• Act as a bridge between business analysts, subject matter experts, and IT developers, preparing business and data requirements for implementation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to understand both business domains and IT implementations.
• Excellent data analysis and data modeling skills.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle).
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Additional Advantages

• Experience in financial institutions, particularly in post-trade operations.
• Knowledge of listed derivatives, such as exchange-traded futures and options.
• Familiarity with Kafka and FpML.
• Experience working in an international environment with distributed teams.
