About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Integration Consultant / Tech Lead to join our team at an early stage and take a leading role in shaping integration processes and standards. This is a hands-on position for someone who can define architecture, implement integrations, and later transition into a Tech Lead role. You will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions, establishing best practices, and ensuring seamless connectivity across applications.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of integration strategy and process setup from the ground up.
• Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP.
• Establish integration standards and best practices for the team.
• Work hands-on in developing integrations, including scripting and automation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to connect different applications and systems.
• Ensure smooth transition from PoC to production and live environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor future team members as the team expands.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in system integrations.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing and deploying integrations.
• Ability to define and implement integration standards.
• Experience with scripting languages for automation.
• A mix of development and infrastructure knowledge to handle full-cycle integration.
• Leadership mindset – capable of setting up processes and transitioning into a Tech Lead role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
