Senior Infrastructure Process Architect

emagine is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Process Architect to lead the design, documentation, and governance of operational processes within a large-scale, business‑critical digital infrastructure initiative. The role centres on establishing robust operational models and governance frameworks in highly secure and regulated environments.

Main Responsibilities

The Senior Infrastructure Process Architect will be responsible for defining and documenting operational processes with a focus on security, compliance, and effective governance.

• Validate the end-to-end operational process landscape for infrastructure operations.

• Document processes aligned with ITIL and recognized best-practice frameworks.

• Define governance structures, decision rights, and control mechanisms.

• Develop RACI models covering internal teams, subcontractors, and customer interfaces.

• Design major incident and crisis management processes.

• Validate KPI, monitoring, and reporting frameworks.

• Define multi-supplier interaction models and assurance mechanisms.

• Ensure consistency between process descriptions and contractual commitments.

• Identify operational risks and document mitigation measures.

• Support clarification questions related to operational governance.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Process Architect or Service Process Architect

• Deep hands-on experience with ITIL and operational governance models.

• Experience defining RACI models and crisis management processes.

• Strong understanding of multi-supplier and integrated service delivery environments.

• Ability to produce structured, evaluator-focused documentation.

• High attention to detail and strong process discipline.

• Effective collaboration with technical architects and operations teams.

• Ability to operate under fixed deadlines and high scrutiny.

• Fluent in Danish, with strong written communication skills.

• Experience in public sector or regulated environments.
